In case of an emergency our First Level Support is available outside the regular business hours from Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. German time. For this, a ticket is generated under the hotline request and forwarded to the responsible contact partner. *Please have your Hennecke order number (following the pattern A 0100-XXXX or P000XXX) and the respective machine number ready so that we can help you quickly and effectively.
